Delivery Timescales and important information
Your orders are carefully packaged and delivered through a specialist courier with a typical delivery time of approx 7-10 working days. We hold a significant amount of stock so that we can process orders quickly and deliver fast, however, we cannot be liable for any delays in deliveries caused by events outside our control, in particular road closures and industrial action.
Delivery typically takes place between 9 am and 5.30 pm on weekdays, if you require an alternative day and time please contact us for bespoke arrangements.
You must be available to sign for your delivery, this is very important as we always require a valid signature.
Due to the nature of our products, if delivery is refused or diverted to an alternative address we reserve the right to recover any additional charges incurred by us.
Price on Application
Deliveries to UK Non-mainland and International are Price on Application so that we can offer you the best price. After you’ve placed an order we will contact you with our best price specific to your order. Orders will not be processed until we receive approval and acceptance on the delivery cost.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on weight, length and destination. Below are further details, however, you will be presented with an exact cost during checkout and this is the best method to see what you will pay:
UK Mainland:
Based on weight and length, starting at £15.50 plus VAT.
Deliveries over 99.99kg are Price on Application.
UK Non-mainland:
All deliveries to UK non-mainland are Price on Application so that we can offer you the best price for your delivery. This includes the following areas:
- Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Llandudno and Isle of Anglesey
- Isles of Scilly
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Northern Ireland
International:
All international deliveries are Price on Application.
Click and Collect:
You can collect your orders at the KJN Aluminium warehouse. Please only arrive once your order has been confirmed and is ready for collection. Although we enjoy meeting our customers, please be aware that we cannot offer you a tour of our warehouse.
Length Handling Charge:
To ensure successful deliveries, orders over 3000mm in length have an additional handling charge which is applied during checkout.
